Detailed website instructions for members How to Use This Website - Members

Registration for the next dance is open to members starting at the previous dance.

The last day to register is the Monday prior to the upcoming dance (Date is in dance details).

Payment is by check made payable to “University Club” and delivered to the host when you check in for the evening.

1. Sign up in person at the previous dinner-dance.

OR

2. Click on the event title in the list on the left. Register from the event detail page.

OR

3. Respond to the email announcements that will be sent about 2-1/2 weeks before each dance. 

OR

4. Contact the Social Chairs at uclubilsocialchairs@gmail.com.

The registration / cancellation deadline is the Monday prior to the upcoming dance (specific date is listed in all the emails and on the website event detail page for the dance).

Cancelling before the deadline:

1. Click on the dance title in the dance list to the left.

At the bottom of the specific event page, click on the words "Already registered". The next page has a "Cancel Registration" button.

OR

2. Open the event announcement email and click the green register button again.

OR

3. On the website, go to your profile page (link is next to your name at the very top of all pages. Go to the Your Events tab and click on the event. 

At the bottom of the specific event page, click on the words "Already registered". The next page has a "Cancel Registration" button. 

OR

4. On the Wild Apricot for Members app, sign in, then click My Tickets at the bottom. On the My Tickets page, click on the event. Click CANCEL next to the ticket type. Confirm your cancellation.

OR

5. Email the Social Chairs at uclubilsocialchairs@gmail.com.

OR

6. Call the Social Chairs.

Cancelling after the deadline:

You will still be responsible to pay for your reservation. 

1. Call the Social Chairs. Please call if you are cancelling the day of the dance!

2. Email the Social Chairs at uclubilsocialchairs@gmail.com.
