Joining the University Club requires sponsorship from a current club member.  Please see the Membership Application page for more details about bringing a prospective member to a dance and the membership application process membership.  The Liability Waiver Form linked below is required before attending a dance as a guest or prospective member. The Liability Waiver Form can be completed at the check-in table at any dance. Blank copies of both forms are usually available from the Social Chairs at a dance.
